Chief Operating Officer Who are you and what do you bring to Curate? As the COO, I make sure that we get to where we’re going. I help take all of the ideas, dreams, and slightly crazy things we want to do and figure out how we actually make them happen. What makes you exceptional? What I really bring is heart. I have a strong instinct for people, what they need, where they thrive, and how to bring out the best in them. As Curate grows, I care as much about who we are becoming and how it feels to get there as I do about what we’re building. What does JOY mean to you? Joy is the assurance of hope. It’s not dependent on things being good or easy. It’s knowing there is always something greater to hold onto, finding the good right where I am, and sharing it with the people I love. Outside of Curate… Give me a slow beach day with nowhere to be, except for a post-sunset dinner reservation with all my favorite people in one place. Bonus points if my dog, Goose, gets to be there too.

As Sales Director at Curate Entertainment, Jerren combines a love for people, music, and hospitality to help clients bring their vision to life with confidence and excitement. Jerren blends hospitality, music, and relationship-building to create exceptional client experiences from the very first conversation. What makes you exceptional? A detail only you could claim. Having performed internationally while also leading sales for Curate, Jerren uniquely understands both the client journey and the performer experience, allowing him to bridge creativity, logistics, and hospitality in a way few can. Jerren has helped generate millions in booked entertainment experiences while still actively performing as a DJ, giving him a rare perspective from both the boardroom and the stage. What does JOY mean to you? Joy is connection. It's found in shared experiences, meaningful conversations, great food, great music, and the people we share them with. One human detail: a passion, quirk, or fact that makes you real and memorable. When he's not working weddings or events, you'll find Jerren traveling, hunting down the best local sushi spots, cheering on his favorite sports teams, or listening to Acoustic Sundays on SiriusXM's Pop Rocks channel.

What makes you exceptional? A detail only you could claim Brooke genuinely enjoys the details that most people overlook. She takes pride in catching small issues before they become big problems, knowing that those behind-the-scenes moments are what create an effortless experience for couples. What does JOY mean to you? For Brooke, joy is sharing what she loves and seeing the happiness it brings to others. One human detail: a passion, quirk, or fact that makes you real and memorable. Brooke is a lifelong DIYer. Whenever she comes across a creative project online, she can’t help but challenge herself to recreate it. She loves turning inspiration into something handmade and uniquely her own.

As the Creative Director at Curate, I translate the color palette, design, and feel of your night into how our team shows up, making sure we feel like an intentional and cohesive extension of the experience you want to create. What makes them exceptional? A detail only they could claim. My creativity is really a culmination of everything that’s shaped me, from growing up in New York and having parents who worked in retail, to my own love for fashion, music, and art. Curate gives me an outlet to bring all of those influences together and put a piece of myself into what we create. What does JOY mean to you? Joy to me is creating moments and memories that stay with you for a lifetime. It’s being able to look back, even when you’re far removed from that moment or at your lowest, and remember what it felt like to be completely free, grateful, and happy. It’s that almost childlike feeling of pure happiness that reminds you of the people, experiences, and moments that make life special. One human detail: a passion, quirk, or fact that makes them real and memorable I’m basically a living trivia box. I love learning random facts about things that probably aren’t important, and I’m always the person who has to hit you with, “Fun fact…” in the middle of a conversation.

I bring a calm and positive energy to the team, along with the technical knowledge and experience to help make sure every event comes together. What makes you exceptional? A detail only you could claim Idk man. I would say my attitude or hard-working mentality. This is the hardest question. What does JOY mean to you? To me, joy is something that’s a part of who I am. It’s not a conscious decision, but more of a way of living. I think it’s important to find joy in everything possible and bring that mindset into the way I live and work. One human detail: a passion, quirk, or fact that makes you real and memorable. Outside of Curate, soccer is my biggest passion. I've played all my life and still play.
